Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided that it is intimated to us within cancellation timing of the service. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their bookings and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
· If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
· If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
· If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
· In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
Travel calendar and any other promotional items are not intended for sale. Since we are not charging for the calendar per-se and applicant has to pay only the delivery charges, it cannot be cancelled once booked.
We will try our best to create the suitable Holiday package and travel arrangements for our clients.
Flight cancellation and refund will depend totally on the airline policy.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
For promotional items like travel calendar and others, which are not for sale and only delivery charges are applicable, no refund is applicable.
